They have lots of policies.
They provide salary on time far time better than other companies.
There background verification process that is so difficult make sure if you are going for job whatever you write on your resume they verify that with matrix.
Company is good.
But always do your job professionally then you can survive because 1 single mistake result exit.

This is a BPO company in Mohali. It is located at Bestech buisness tower. The company is good and you can join here after clearing the interview rounds which is not too hard to crack. It offers good salaries but it depends on the process that you are working for. Overall it is good place to gain experience and learn. However, the management behaviour depends upon your behaviour with them and vice versa.

I'm currently working here from around a month. Nice place for a working in a bpo sector ! People are friendly and supportive here. Working atmosphere is also great. Once you get hired you will get a training for about a month then you will be on floor for the work ! infrastructure is good. Canteen facility is available.

As we all Teleperformance is worldwide leader in outsourcing ominchannel customer experience management. The working environment is also good one along with great infrastructure. This company also provides better growth opportunities. I am working with this organization from past 1.3 years and my experience with this organization is really fantastic.
