The receptionists, both Kannan and Priya must learn abc of communication, customer service, their own staffs and spa services.

Pros
- Prime location

Cons
- The pictures are way old, the spa looks nothing like that 😂
- No professional therapists
- Noises from other rooms and hallways can be heard very clearly
- Worthless puppies as receptionists

Advise to the Management
- Hire professional therapists. If not at least tell exactly what kind of therapists you have. Do not fake promise.
- Charging Rs.2000/hr for trainees is looting
- Hire people who are friendly and customer centric for front-office. These bullies and puppies will ruin your reputation within seconds.

Options for Customers (looking for Massage)
- Look for River Day Spa. They are highly professional. They never give fake promises. Quite often delay your appointments though😉
- The receptionists never lie or go back on their words or treat you disrespectfully. And if you take 2 hours or become their regular customer they charge you very nominally.

Experiences
1. Made appointment for 2 hrs via call clarifying all my expectations from massage, when visited, the person who spoke with me on call was not available nor had informed about therapeutic expectations I had. On arrival, Kannan was very loud, rude and lethargic, had no intention to explain anything or ask me what I needed.
> Aishu (only brute force, no specifics in touch) and Roselin(absolutely a beginner, no point in talking) took the service. Rs.4000 for them was just worthless.

2. After receiving repetitive calls and sms promoting themselves, I gave a try after few months. Spoke with Priya, she said that the therapist has roughly 7 years of experience. Had a therapy with Pallavi, which was commendable. But on checking with her, she hardly had 1 year of experience and just had resumed service previous day. Evidently Receptionist lied. On confronting about this, she said, "I am new here. I am not aware of everyone yet."😅

3. Spoke with Priya again and made an appointment for Therapist Pooja (she said Pallavi left), clearly stating I am not fine with south-indian therapist and that I am looking for trained professionals only. Also that I am not okay with the people who are trained on the field. When arrived, after collecting my money, Priya says she can allocate Pavithra, a south-indian therapist, because Pooja is already occupied. How cheap and filthy? On asking to return the money, she claims she had already informed the boss. 🤔??? And this therapist was again field-trained therapist.

What exactly is the point of making appointment, why did you not confirm with me about the change, when asked? She responded loudly as 'it is not my mistake, she is treating another customer just like you.' How can that be an answer to my question?😅
