Hotel MA Grand

Excellent hotel, Very clean and posh facilities. The rooms were exactly the same as in the website. I directly booked and they have so much faith in their customers, the hotel did not ask for booking advance. The staff are very attentive and care for the customers. The complimentary breakfat was excellent even though I had it only once. The dinner was excellent. Only one suggestion. The hotel should have a dedicated travel desk. Otherwise If I visit again Pudukkottai, I will definitely stay in this hotel. It deserves at least 4 star,

I don't know why this place doesn't have 5 stars, since it's a gem. I stayed for three nights and the rooms are spacious, clean, well maintained. Breakfast is good and changes every day. Most of all, the members of the staff are extremely kind, helpful and efficient. I had the chance to meet the manager, and he also went over and beyond to help. Thanks everyone for the great hospitality.

An exceptionally good hotel - quite a surprise! Clearly aimed for business folk there are all the facilities you need very comfortable and clean room and bathroom - I couldn’t fault them.

Pleasant stay with family. 15+ underground car parking available for the guests. Clean room and restroom. Fully air conditioned and fan also available in the room. Bed and pillows were very clean. Timely tea, water service at room. Food is good at restaurant. Morning breakfast is the big highlight.

One of the best Hotel in Pudukkottai, I have visited 2 times to do work from home ( Due to shutdown ) peacefully i have worked more than 4 hours without any disturbance background was awesome to attend the video call meeting, especially bed 🛏 is awesome, nice electric kettle with automatic on off ,it helped me to make coffee ☕

Suggestions to the management: please add half day booking like 5-7 hour's

I have Paid full day fees for just a 4-5 hour stay to attend the meetings and doing office work. It's little disappointed. But it's worth it.

One more thing the Receptionist. She is so polite and doing great duty.

I have missed my credit card while paying the room fees. after 3,4 hours i have recieved the call from administrative ( front office) to collect the Card.

They have a 24 hours check-in and check-out policy where I can check-in at 11pm and check-out next day at 11pm which not many hotels provide these days.

Paid 2.3K for a single person accommodation and the room was very spacious, neat, all the necessary items including toiletries were available.

Amazing breakfast included.

They have very good restaurant with Multi Cuisine.

Conducted a ceremony for my child here at one of the banquet halls recently. Neat,elegant and sophisticated. Seating was very elegant, staff phenomenally nice. Elevator access incredibly helpful for seniors. Restrooms very clean. Highly recommend this facility.

I was happy about the reception and treatment of the attendants and more happy with the non-veg food. Food items are of good quality and didn't harm my stomach. Felt easy after lunch. Spices are added in mild quantity.

The hotel has got underground parking. But still drop and pickup is a bit hard, as the road is very busy all the time.
