The staff is super friendly and rooms are very clean. The pricing is reasonable.

We spent a 3 day weekend getaway here and everything was first class. We requested a View Suite and the view was amazing. Loved the floor to ceiling windows. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was huge and had everything you could want. All staff members were friendly and professional, especially the front desk. They were very helpful at check-in.

We love staying here and will always do so when we're in the area. It's clean and service is outstanding. Last time there, our refrigerator in the room wouldn't get cold enough. Maintenance came right up and replaced something. When we returned from dinner shortly after that, we noticed it still wasn't working well so we called the desk to let them know and within minutes, maintenance was back up with a brand new refrigerator out of the box. This experience relates well how this place operates. Everyone is friendly, rooms are clean and their breakfast is delicious with many choices including omelettes made to order. Stay here and I can't imagine you'll be disappointed.

Plenty to do in the hotel.
game area, ice cream & pizza shop and even a fire pit for evening relaxation . Room was clean and perfect. Great location to all the shopping! the evening which we totally enjoyed. Our driver was tourist guide and he gave us a nice tour.
I will be staying here again next year.

The lodging facility is awesome. Neat and clean. But the rooms are smaller pretty much .. just the basic facilities with an Air conditioning and cleanliness.
Food is not thenbestbin class. But the staff makes sure that every requirement is met in a swift a manner.
Highly recommended.

I stayed for business so was very fortunate to experience this hotel. Rooms were very spacious and nice views with large windows. All personnel from check-in to a staff member in elevator with us were courteous, pleasant, helpful, & super accommodating.

Who would have thought such an oasis existed in the heart of Bagdogra? Spent an idyllic two days here to get away for a spell. The staff was gracious; the service was perfect. The facilities were great. Loved the place. Some of the best I have tried. We will be back.

Luxury details everywhere with excellent taste crowned with super personalized service. Technology in the room is amazing and the mini bar has fantastic choices. The personnel is extremely professional.

Awesome rooms, staff, and especially enjoyed the made-to-order omelettes and entire breakfast experience. This was part of a weekend package we bought at the hotel. Was well worth the money spent! Will be back!!!

A short 3 hour drive for a fun, clean, safe, and friendly mini vacation. In our package price we got a concert, super clean and comfortable room, dinner, and breakfast. Easy access and love that the Lord's day was honored by stores closed on Sunday (our check out day).

A great hotel and an awesome place to be in Bagdogra - central to everything. We were looked after from the moment we stepped inside. The room was spacious and clean. We had a nice view and we were just a short walk.

Great place to stay. It is very clean and quiet in the evening. The breakfast has a lot of options especially for picky eaters. We stayed here before and will be back. Suggest the bulk food store..

This is a complex building with a departmental store, mobile, and many other useful shops....defintely visit it u will most probably get the things that u need
