gym equipments are good and well placed., there is ample space for floor exercises as well as machine work out.
Personal trainer is well trained in his work and very professional.
spa and massage services are also very good. am overall very satisfied with the gym and personal trainer.

Great place for a good workout. Don't worry if you are a beginner, motivate urself and work harder with dedication. If you are lucky you will get a good trainer but that's only optional. Please don't depend entirely on trainers. Google and YouTube are there with plenty of information and videos. You can become a role model for others, so, from being a beginner level to intermediate level to advanced training. This place is best for quick good training. Good and decent equipment, hygene and cool temperatures are here for the clients. So, here's wishing you all the best.

I've been coming to this gym since 4 years I've seen massive results throughout this course of time! The gym maintains higher etiquette and good hospitality ! Even the management is highly experienced and humble! I bet I will continue in this gym for a long time!
