Maruti Suzuki ARENA (One Up Motors, Lucknow, Alambagh)

I have recently started my driving lessons at Maruti Suzuki Center in Alambagh. The staff is friendly. Alka Ma'am (Management Staff) is very professional. She patiently listened to my requirements and accordingly provided me with the best trainer at my scheduled time. My experience has been amazing.My lessons started with the simulator which gave the required confidence for on road driving. My on road driving instructor, Satish Sir is very professional, experienced and a patient trainer who always cleared my doubts and ensured that my driving experience is getting better each day.

One of the best place for learning to drive,here you will get complete info step by step if in case u are totally beginner.They teach u so well firstly on simulator then on road prac.sessions.Prashant sir is the best with whom i met n who taught me car driving,so calm,punctual,polite.Must go if u r seeing n confused where to go to learn.

It was all just started with a call from Mr. Shadab and he guided me all the way through delivery with all needs.
There was waiting on my car for a while and one day this magic person Shadab ji called me that “Car is here”, that’s magic he did 😊.

We both finalizing the initial requirements, then Mr. Ankit Sethi and Mr. Shivam Tiwari took the lead to get my car deliver on time. It was very good and nice team collaboration with excellent communication, where number of people were involved however all mentioned people were synch in very appropriate manner so that I had no need to repeat my words again. They know what I needed😊 and that made my delivery great experience all together.
I also interacted with very nice lady Naina Singh, she is very supportive and added value to it.
I am also in corporate culture and this Oneup team has demonstrated great team collaboration, upfront visibility, punctuality, humble behaviour, price negotiations and well informed all things that makes a honest relationship with us as customer.

First attempt driving test !! Thanks to SHUKLA ji, he's such a great instructor! He helped me to understand the driving tactics and useful tips that helped her pass the test in a very short time. Also which is really important that the car was in very good condition. All combined really boost her confidence! I can say without any hesitation that is the best choice for your teens or new drivers to get good driving knowledge in-class and on-the-road practices and if you want to pass your driving test. It was a very good experience. The trainer Mr Sonu Kaushal Sir was very patient and calm with the instructions. Taught everything from the basics of parallel parking to intricate details of parking uphill/downhill.
