Dr. Sunil Taneja

I would like to share my experience with Dr Taneja.
He is one of the best doctors I've seen in Kanpur. He prescribes minimal medication for the kids and does not give any antibiotics unless and until it's absolutely necessary. He is very soft and polite. He is an epitome of what a doctor should be like. However the waiting period for the consultation is too much which is something that needs to be worked upon. I consulted him for my children and have a wonderful memory.

Best doctor , top class , no faltu tests minimum medication very good observation . Listens very patiently n clears any doubt if there is in parents head. However he is busy guy being one of the best so advance appointment is recommended to save time at waiting area.Staff at the reception was very helpful n supportive.

Very good Doctor of children.

First and with no doubts he is the best pediatrician doctor in Kanpur.

Why I rated 1 star is because their management is highly and very highly rude.
Also the whole system of appointment booking and seeing of doctor is crashed.

They mentioned a note to call for phone appointment from 8-9am but at that very same time the phone receiver is kept aside to make it busy. Don't believe me? Try it yourself.
After 9 they will pick the phone will inform that all the names have been written will write no further names.
They take only on-site appointments. And even at that time people fight in the queue for early number.

So finally when you get the name on doctor appointment list and when you arrive the clinic at the provided time, they will not call out your number.
Yes, they will not call your number instead they will create a file and now you still have to wait anywhere from 1 hr to 4 hr.

So when you have to wait so long... their AC don't cool. And there is so much rush that you start to have concern for your child. If you have children under 1year, bring the whole big bag of their essential stuffs.

And in between if you ask the management that lot of time has passed please call the number they they will start to raise their voice and become rude to suppress you. Yes, I have seen the management people fighting with parents.

If you have any child who require immediate attention then they don't give a sh*t. Management don't care, you wait for hours or get lost.

Small children are sensitive and you as a parent become super careful on not to further add illness to your child. And when you have to wait so long on a room full of crowd you need to take appropriate decision.

Doctor's helpers are super rude. They will push you back and shout at you.

In my recent case, they took 3 hrs just to call the next number which was mine.

The whole system is UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, RUDE, MISBEHAVED, AGRESSIVE.

This is my personal experience which I always face and since the doctor is good you have to face all this mental trauma.

Just to mention that the person in pharmacy and sample collection guys are nice.

Totally unprofessional approach from Doctor team ..you have to wait for day and night and they will not give you appointment..And very Rude behaviour from staff ..I recommend please consult another doctor coz I believe without doctor permission staff can't act rude
