Established in 1965, Chandra Kamal Bezbaruah Commerce College, one of the premier institutions imparting Commerce Education in the N.E. Region, is situated in the heart of Jorhat Town. The college has been assessed and accredited with ‘B++’ grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in the year 2022. The college has day and night shifts. The day shift is open to both male and female students, but the night shift is restricted to male students.

It's a Best Commerce College of Jorhat District. Teacher are friendly with Students. Mostly young teacher are performed friendly behaviour with students for this student easily clear their doubts and other study related problems freely. But one facilities are not available in the college is no hostel for boys only girls stay on the hostel within specified seats.

Neat and clean campus, Good Academic environment. Labelling of all plants, Fruits garden, playground, indoor stadium, auditorium etc so many facilities.
