I was struggling from back pain for last 1-2 month's. So my family Dr suggested me,Dr Ayaz physiotherapy center for physiotherapy. I have a tennis elbow pain in left hand. So i have to met Dr. Ayaz for physiotherapy from 10.11.23 till.04.12.23.

I met with an unfortunate bike accident which turned out to have a very drastic knee injury with severe Miniscus Tear along with the 3rd Degree ACL, PCL and MCL Ligament tear all at once. Later in the date, I had to undergo knee surgery with no other choice left . I was prescribed to start my physiotherapy session and exercises from the very next day of my surgery and that's how I came across to Dr. Ayaz Physiotherapy Center. As my surgery was planned and carried out into 3 phases with an interval of 06 weeks each due to severe injuries. I was completely bed ridden for 04 months and during that entire phase, Mr. Tauqueer a well knowledgeable and advisable physiotherapist from Dr. Ayaz Physiotherapy Center used to visit my home and carry out physiotherapy sessions for me regardless of bad weather conditions during monsoons. I was completely shattered and demotivated at the beginning with no ray of hope left behind for recovery but Mr. Tauqueer used to make sure that I felt motivated throughout the session and was left behind with a positive thought of recovery after every session. Post surgery at every phase of recovery and progress Dr. Ayaz examined me completely and prescribed me necessary exercises and protocols to follow with adequate knowledge of each exercise. Hi, I was suffering from lower back pain for last 3-4 years and also neck and hand pain. My problem was of Lower Back Pain and it started 2 months ago. I wasn't able to walk at the start of this problem. The pain was very intense. My doctor suggested me to take physiotherapy treatment. I came here to Dr Ayaz Physiotherapy Center 1½ month ago. Dr Ayaz assured me that it will get better. My pain has completely gone and I feel much better now. I can walk and there's no pain. the treatment that Dr Ayaz gave me was general physiotherapy for 15 sessions and 5 Sessions of Decompression (DOC table) which is designed for Spinal problems.
