Been staying here whenever i visit calicut for the past 5 years.
Should say that breakfast has been improving throughout the years.
Great behavior of the staffs, Love the rooms very comfortable.
Great location also.

Booked a deluxe AC room. The room is spacious and well-maintained. The staff were polite. Both the breakfast buffet and dinner were good. Overall, had a good stay.

Located close to Thali Siva temple, the hotel has 7 floors and excellent staff. Reasonable rates and provide complimentary breakfast.

Though it was not clean outside the property, our room was neat. Clean towels were provided. Unlike other hotels, there were lot of veg options in breakfast buffet. Staff were polite. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

It was wonderful to stay at the heart of Calicut town and such a clean and quiet ambience.

All is good about this place. A luxury hotel at prime location. Medium cost. The buffet breakfast is tasty. But itwas kept ready , so food was not hot. When we told the serving girl brought oven hot Poori and onion oorhappam.
Over phone booking. No questions asked. Provided 24 hr checkout facility also.
Very nice people in the reception and restaurant.

I have stayed at multiple hotels, and this hotel is by far one of the most memorable ones. Not only were the rooms clean, but the view of the city was spectacular, the food was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. This was top-notch service that I haven't experienced at other hotels. Everyone wore a smile and tried their best to make my stay inviting and eventful. They were also helpful in arranging laundry and taxi services for a wedding I was attending. At breakfast, there was an array of food to choose from with table service. On my last day, the staff knew me so well as to have prepared the coffee the moment I entered the restaurant, making sure it was on my table before I served myself breakfast. The hospitality of this restaurant is what I'll always remember, and I will definitely be sure to stay here if I'm back in Calicut.

Decent hotel very near to the Calicut Railway station and iconic palayam market. This hotel is for company personnel, family and they have in-house restaurant with local delicacies. Slightly expensive. I have been travelling and staying in hotels for year's and if you don'encounter any major or minor problems then the hotel is ok. Adequate car parking available. Only jarring note is the AC keeps leaking inside as well as the corridor and the lifts need to be overhauled.
Somehow, I liked it..may be because of the location.

The hotel is well maintained for the age, the staff is so polite and well served. The food was amazing. The east side of the hotel you can beautiful sun rise on the west gate mountains. Overall good experience.

Very spacious executive room and reliable compared to other hotel nearby .

It's a good hotel which is near to railway station.
The rooms are good and services are great.
Complementary Breakfast is good.
Will not recommended other meals of u came Kozhikode for exploring.
Can have it from other hotels from outside .
The staff here are good.
You can request for an early chec in or checkout if ur timings are odd.
Overall I liked this hotel very much.
And will stay only here if I visit Kozhikode.

It's a star hotel, so there isn't much point in specifying about the price of service. We had a dinner from Keys restaurant. Don't know anything about the rooms and facilities. But food was exceptionally good and tasty.

The staff were so friendly and professional. When you speak about price tag, ahem.. a mint lime cost us INR 75. But not to mention, it was delicious 🙂

Very close to Calicut town. Great and helpful staff at reception, housekeeping and restaurant wich is very important. Made our stay comfortable.

One of the best Budget hotels in Kozhikode(Calicut). Hardly few kilometres from the beach.The rooms were clean and the room service was decent. Parking space is a concern when the hotel is almost full. Staff was helpful and got us an early check-in option.

Keys Malabar Gate Hotel is located at ram mohan Road, palayam, kozhikode. This hotel offers budget accommodation which are reasonably good and comfortable. Rooms are clean and spacious. Restaurant is attached. Food is tasty but service at the restaurant is inordinately delayed. Other facilities which some people expect like sauna, massage, is not there. Parking is limited.

A good place to stay in town , with a great hospitality and well maintained .
