Waiting game

Employees are irresponsible. I came to the clinic for appointment, there behaviour was not responsive. They told me that, Doctor will come at arund 4 pm. I call 8 times on numbers provided by them by taking sufficient ime betwen calls. But there wes no response on other side. I came at 3.40pm and they said doctor already visited the clinic and went some where and they don't have his number. We personally call the doctor and waited till 5.15pm for his visit.

The employees of the clinic are not responsible, I called over phone several times which they are not answering, therfore I came from Digboi to Dibrugarh just to take an appointment. This is not over when I came on the date given by them, they told us that the test will not be done...come another day..they are not even felt sorry for this..such a waste of time, waste of money.

I felt nostalgic when i entered this clinic... reminded me of talkie house !
