I had issue with AC after regular service from Bangalore. Due to family emergency, I had to come to Calicut on an urgent basis without AC. As I was about to stay in Calicut for a week, I decided to complain about my AC issue in Calicut Mavoor road service center. I had an excellent experience with Shanoop, the service advisor at Renault Mavoor road, Calicut. The hospitality was excellent in this Service center. Eventhough my Car is Karantaka registration, the service provided to me by Shanoop and his team was exemplary. Shanoop and the lady at the reception was kind and patient. They heard me, my concern and spoke with the service advisor in Bangalore to understand the situation. Shanoop and his team gave me explanation about the procedure and next steps very clearly. Even though we have language barrier(I dont speak malayalam but Tamil).. Shanoop tried his best to make me understand about next steps, with his communication. I was given the vehicle even before the promised time. I must say the service provided was excellent and I am more than satisfied with Shanoop’s and his team’s service. Keep up the good work team Renault Mavoor Road 🙏🙏

Great experience starting with enquiring kiger in stock on their website. Very good communication and friendly.
Taking delivery is smooth and trouble free, they sorted out the mats and services, walked through the features well. Stress free and professional, never pressed on anything, shared plenty of heads up and advice, gave plenty of time and space for me to look over things.
