I recently got a forex travel card for traveling to Canada from here . The staff were so polite, helpful and friendly
I went there at lunch time (1AM-2AM), but they had no issues with that. And they had no hurry to get me out there fast. They have done their work professionallly.
They clearly explained me all the charges that would be taken from me in all scenarios. And also made me aware of the fees/fines that might happen if we are not using the card properly. And they explained all the steps to configure the mobile app and cleared all of my doubts regarding this. Also explained about how to safely use the card to avoid money in other ways.
What i understood is that they care for their customers very well. They don't want to gain money from customers'mistakes.

As far as i know they are very good.

I recently received a forex for traveling to Germany. Yesterday I went to Thomas Cook office. By then it was late afternoon. They helped me in every way. I had some other difficulties there but they handled it very easily and they gave me the card as soon as possible. I was very worried because I didn't have time and had problems, but they take care of everything. It was a friendly atmosphere, polite, and efficient. They explained every point so that no mistake is made.
