Very bad experience with nexus cinepolis...staff is very rude and SHIVAM don't know how to with guest. They charged me 100rs for water bottle which is fine but they don't give me bill, when i asked for bill shivam his behavior towards me and my family very rude , i don't have physical or msg bill ..they fool people ..pathetic service👎

My name is Harmanpreet Kaur. I wanted to say this. Their service is so useless I can't tell. When we saw the last time movie, the ac was not working. Because of non-working of ac, we said that we want refund, then they said that it is okay, it will not be able to be refined. You take this voucher which can be redeemed on your next visit, so we also took it. Now when we came to watch the movie, there they said that you will not get the seat which we had arranged last time. We spent 1000 rupees and for perimun seat we will never come again to cinepolis to watch movie manager there don't even know how to talk to customer pathetic service
