Seamless check in and check out , porter service was well attended.. The rooms are not very big but good for a short stay, food and breakfast was very good. Location is best for golden temple as it’s walking distance. Good food n shopping places at walking distance. Housekeeping staff again very friendly and prompt . Overall a good family hotel to stay in .and would highly recommend. Deepak, Shobham, and other Staff in the restaurant were all very tentative and always on call to our dietary requirements. We stayed for 3 nights and went to Shimla.. The hotel very kindly looked after and kept our luggage until out return which was very handy..On site parking is also avaliable which is a bonus.Golden temple and the museum is literally 5 mins walk , Overall our of 3 couples are all impressed by this Hotel and would highly recommend.

Great location and on the street which takes to Golden Temple (5 min walk) and Jalianwala Bagh (2 min walk). Although on the busy street and area but still a bit on the inside and quite peaceful, we did not have too much noise issues. But the proximity to temple is a great plus, we could visit the temple so many times during our short stay.
Rooms were great and clean, although a bit small. We were family of 4 and had booked family suite which got a bit crowded with the luggage bags. Bed was comfortable and we all had great sleep in the night.
Breakfast was simply great even for kids with all the kiddy options to make them happy. But i loved the Indian spread - parathas, chhole, poha, upma, etc. Will definitely recommend this place if golden temple is your reason to visit Amritsar. The location could not be better, there are so many places to shop and eat just outside the hotel on the heritage walk street. Staff was really good and courteous as well and very friendly with kids. They have parking for cars but very limited number as only a small open parking space in the hotel. But they do arrange free rickshaw rides around the hotel and market areas. Great experience

Perfect location to visit Golden Temple, very close 10 min walk, if you travel with children worthwhile asking for a higher floor as noice can be heard on first floor rooms.

Fortune Inn Heritage is an excellent property! be it location, convenience, car parking, food or even their front desk members and restaurant staff...

Also to mention the names of some of the staff members who improvised my wonderful stay here, S R Mannivannan, Anoop Kumar, Rohit and Rajat (Can't recall all of the names right now🙄)

Special thanks to the Sardarji who was making the Amritsari Kulche, these were actually the best ones I had ever eaten, crisp on every side along with the mouth watery chutney and pyaaz made my day!

Serving the purpose for our visit along with satisfying all of our needs with a smile is exactly what we all want...

It’s an excellent property with great location and we had a comfortable and pleasant stay all thanks to the friendly staff.
Both Check-In and check out was smooth and quick
The location of this hotel could not be better- only a few minutes walk to The Golden Temple
Safe to walk in the area anytime during day and night
Excellent room service as we traveled with our 2 year old they were super quick when ever we asked for milk and other stuff
They provide shuttle service to near by market as well

Only draw back is morning breakfast they do serve you what ever you ask but lil laid back to check if refill is required

There were so many negative reviews about size of the hotel ( I didn’t find it that small) but if you want to stay near the Golden temple don’t expect very big hotel as it’s very old area with narrow-lanes .

I staty in fortune in Amritsar,Housekeeping service qas very good. They take care of my Child need very well.Next time will come again.

Fantastic location, excellent rooms, fabulous breakfast. You will enjoy the vibrant nightlife around the Harmandir saheb only if you stay here. The illumination on the pedestrianised surroundings and the plethora of shopping and street food opportunities can be enjoyed only from this hotel. One can walk down to the gurudwara and Jallianwala memorial. In sum, much more than value for money.

It was really an amazing experience staying at Hotel Fortune Inn Heritage Walk Amritsar on 28th Nov 2023. The staff was very cooperative and hard working especially Mr AMIT who was performing his duties in the Restaurant at Breakfast. His behavior and attitude were commendable. I wish to stay there again.

Hotels was very perfect place that is near by location of golden temple and jallianwala bhag ,the hotel parking also available and hotel staff were very attentive and Good behaviour.wifi facility available in all rooms . Over all our stay was very comfortable and great stay to here.

The said hotel property is within 2 minutes walk from Harmandir Sahib and nearby from Ghee mandi chowk if coming by road from Jalandhar side .The said property offers a variety of room categories with breakfast which is complementary in shape of buffet .The hotel staff is good in service .The hotel has its parking also.

Overall my experience was good with facilities but the food was very tasty*... I not ever eat this kind of food in my life... Even I ask for recipe from chef . Chefs are very pleasant n kind person they tell me the whole recipes with explanation

This ia a fabulous hotel, with great service, friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms....location is also great - walkable distance to Darbar Sahib and also has easy acces to taxi/van to get in and out easily if you wish to tour out of the Darbar Sahib area.
