SureStay Plus by Best Western Amritsar - Hotel near airport road amritsar

We were there in last week of April for family trip to Amritsar.The hotel rooms were clean and food was delicious. The chef take care of specific need of the guests like Jain food. I also liked the service offered by the front office and Bell boy Mr.Ram.

It was indeed a great experience at Sure Stay Plus by Best Western, Amritsar.We had conducted a 2 days meeting over here.Rooms were well maintained and food served was very delicious and hygienic.Thanks to Vandana Mam and Aarti Mam for their kind gesture and support throughout.Have a great future.

Amazing experience at the hotel during our stay. Wonderful staff, well spoken, helpful & very respectful. The hotel staff greeted us with warm welcome at the reception. One of the staff members, named Prabhdeep addressed all our enquiries with immense respect & care. Highly recommend stay at Surestay plus by Best Western.

Good location, next to the road. Small hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful paintings on the walls in the room, dip into the rich history of India.
The main thing for me is the presence of a hair dryer. This is rare in Indian hotels.
Delicious dinner room service. Nice and aesthetically pleasing.
Pleasant owner, came up during breakfast and asked if everything was in order during my stay at his hotel.
Professional staff. Helped to unload the suitcase from the car. Airplane tickets printed. Helped several times to weigh my suitcases because domestic flights are only 15kg.

The staff is extremely kind and always available.
Room Service was Spot on.

Though kettle in the room was not working but housekeeping were on their toes to replace it.

What has truly impressed me is their service.

Many hotels even the 5 stars sometimes fail to deliever what these guys have.

From the door keeper to the receptionist and people in the restaurant, everyone has a smile on their face and would greet you with utmost respect.

Rooms are well maintained and extremely helpful staff, on duty manager Prabh Deepak made our stay more comfortable

Great location, room was clean Air conditioning was effective but same can't be said of plumbing in washroom.

Restaurant service was good and food quality satisfactory .

You can walk down to Starbucks and Haldiram both at 500 m distance.

There were pubs also in vicinity

If you have a budget of 2 stars and want the facility of three stars with a brand. This is the best place to stay.

I had booked this hotel for my parents and they absolutely loved the experience. The staff there were extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast was amazing!! The ambiance was very pleasant. The Hotel Room and bathroom were squeaky clean. I am so greatful that i placed my trust in sure stay hotel, my parents were very pleased with the hotel that was booked. Without any doubt you can surely book this hotel.

Excellent hotel, excellent food, excellent hospitality, everything is excellent. Will visit again. Gurlal is very nice person whose arrengement in the restaurant is awesome.

Hotel is nice and clean. It is a new construction so you get everything in best condition. Fares are also reasonable. Rooms are equipped with thermostats so that you can regulate temperature according to weather. In our case, we went to Amritsar during peak winters and without the thermostat, we wouldn't have survived.
Staff is polite and humble.
This hotel is also Bank of India Guest Holiday home.
You can reach Golden temple by hiring an auto in Rs.150/- max (find it near Starbucks).
All in all, a good place to stay at a very reasonable price for the amenities you get. 👍

One of the most comfortable and pleasant stay with professional staff and good hospitality. Great professional conduct front the staff and the property is on Prime location in Ranjit avenue.

Fabulous hotel and amazing food. Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. There are few shops in surrounding area, so difficult to find necessary things. But, overall hotel is good. You can stay for long time.
