With all the facilities of all other premium hotels, kingfort hotel with all the competition around them being in the city centre, they arguably offer very cheap and affordable rates. There is ample parking space. Room service actually works

I took hall for our get-together. All enjoyed. Food was good. Sound system was not working properly.

Very close to Kozhikode railway station. Stayed there two times. Breakfast is really good. Over-all good experience. Rooms are neat.

Very good hotel and good setups but the lift is ver small and the toilet is also very small we can just stant only.

Good Hotel near Calicut Railway Station. Rooms are clean and neat. Complimentary breakfast was just ok as they can add few varieties.

Absolutely splendid hotel to select. It was a very overhead me experience when I visited there. Neat and clean and royal looking rooms, very good services by the hotel management and even the ordered food was also very nice. The location is main highlight as it is stands very near to the Calicut railway station. I choose the sweet room it was very good vast and super clean. They justify their name kingfort as it stays as the king of hotels nearby.

It was near by Railway station, and cost is also normal Rs.1344/ per day for non AC single person room, i prefer to take Ac room but here they are not providing tea in morning for free, but in each room they are providing one soap and towel , room was very nice. Kindly am request you to provide atleast 1 water bottle in the time of check in , service is also good, wifi available, .

We visited during COVID-19 pandemic, and they took extra care to sanitise our room as well as our luggage.

Dental kit, shower kit and other basic necessities are provided in the room.

Food is available on order.

Good rooms.hygenic. Good restaurant Arabian dines is in the same premise(awesome food).I liked the live fish from this restaurant. It's near to beach, railway station, s m Street and other business centres. Very well located. Need improvement in maintenance. All in all it's worth money.

Very good hotel and nice rooms with complimentary breakfast. The staffs are also very cooperative and they gave us pretty good deal while booking accommodation for relatives who came for my brother’s marriage. Railway station is only walkable distance (about 400 meters)

With no doubt, i would say this is the best hotel in kozhikode to stay with a moderate budget. All the staff are so courteous and have the warmth of people of kozhikode. They are experienced and well behaved. I felt like at home. Rooms are near and tidy with hot water supply 24*7. I never had a bad experience. Family was also very happy
But the restaurant is not up to the mark.

Great location, perfectly comfortable stay. Nice complimentary breakfast as well. Can't ask for anything more from a hotel. Room service food could be better. But reception staff and room service were super efficient and courteous.

Good hotel with clean and tidy rooms. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous. Proximity to railway station (just 350 metres away), Palayam bus stand (400 metres) and KSRTC busstand or new private busstand (both approx 1.5 km) is an added advantage. The complimentary breakfast which was discontinued due to Covid has since been restored.

Complementary Continental breakfast and wifi. 24 hours check out. Wonderful place to stay. Not really in the heart of the city yet close enough.. you have all the amenities. Till 11.30pm room service and till 1pm u have a restaurant open right under the hotel. Good food and clean place.

Give place for performing Namaz.
Explained the details in menu, helped to order the right menu as I was in a bit hurry and totally satisfied with their overall performance.
Also the beef fry was awesome and delicious.
Peri Peri Alfaham was nothing but mouth watering.

Budget hotel in a good location - Small rooms - but clean and maintained. Good breakfast spread. We had stayed only one night in the hotel - so limited experience with the service. Value for money place, situated very close to the railway station.

Good place to stay for a quick stopover, we booked at the reception on the day of checkin, good service. We took non ac rooms for 1 night. It was reasonable, clean and in a good location. Restaurant is available within the building and has good food.
