I had gone there on an invite to attend an industry event. Let me explain you the entire experience from the moment I stepped in to the time I left. Awesome food, awesome atmosphere but I had issues with their service team and standards they maintain. It was an open roof top place. It is on the second floor of the mall with good accessible lifts and escalators. I was accompanied with a person who's a non drinker and we ordered for a fresh lime almost 2-3 times to different servers but no one eventually came with the drink and it left me very very disappointed..

The overall presentation of food, taste was all exceptional..but being in hospitality and restaurant industry if you cannot keep your guests happy and satisfied than it is big question mark..

Another thing I noticed and was surprised that the washroom/ toilet is on a floor above molecule.. which I found very very absurd..that a person has to walk the stairs a floor above to go to the washroom..

The ambience, service was great. The cocktails were amazing as well. The service was good, they ensured that even on a chilly January evening we don't feel cold. There was a wonderful arrangement of heaters, which I don't usually expect to work that good. But it was good. They can work on their food a little. Apart from that everything was great. Would definitely go again.

Molecule ka definition is a group of atoms bonded together, representing the smallest fundamental unit of a chemical compound that can take part in a chemical reaction.

The outdoor setting was perfect with the DJ belting out peppy English, Hindi and Punjabi numbers which got most of the us doing a jig, and the non dancers also had no excuse in front of the persuasive tactics of Pawan and Aradhana 😊.

The drinks lineup was probably one of the best that I have seen with the restaurant serving top notch cocktails and straight drinks, which were later followed by tequila shots and bubbly also, I stuck to vibrant mocktails in colours of purple and pink 😁 which were super refreshing and sehat he liye non haanikarak 😄

Coming to the starters I really enjoyed the pork belly, butter garlic prawns, mutton Barra which Bhawna Bhatia was kind enough to shred into boneless pieces for us to swallow (no biting needed it was that soft and juicy), managed to try 3-4 dips from the dozen presented (main idea being to avoid bread type items which fill the stomach fast), the soft succulent pieces of mutton seekh on a flat naan which could be rolled into a bite was par excellence, the Hawaiian dahi kababs were a mystery as I could not figure out the ingredient which gave it it's name, sambal fish was tangy and spicy and hit the right spots.
In the mains I restricted myself to the super soft and succulent mutton curry and makhani Daal with naan, and avoided the pasta and Chinese dishes which looked tempting but would have made a Global Khichdi in my stomach 😊. The wait for the dessert was long but worth it and I have never seen any dish vanish as fast as that platter did 😁. I managed to grab an almost slice of the cheesecake, alas chocolate wala haath na aaya 😊
Kudos to team Molecule for having kept the drinks flowing, the music belting and the food overflowing.
Pawan Soni and Aradhna Soni as always were the perfect hosts who made sure koi Bina nache aur Bina dinner aur dessert khaye na jaaye.
It was super as always to meet old friends and make new ones, perfect recipe of an enjoyable evening.

The atmosphere is fantastic, accompanied by delightful music and scrumptious food; we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. While it leans towards the higher end, anticipate around INR 2000 per person for starters, mocktails, and the main course – a worthwhile expenditure.

This is the only place where we all enjoy more than other party place. The DJ & all staff are extremely good. Can't wait to go again.

It's an amazing atmosphere at molecule because of of such lovely people around like Mr Shantanu.

He makes all the guests feel around at home that's the reason we all love to be around the same atmosphere created by him for The Molecule .

It's the best place for refreshment. Very nice environment. All the staffs specially the manager is very well-behaved. The quality of food is also very good. I would like to go here more and more times.

My experience here was very nice and pleasant and also since this was my first visit totally enjoyed here with live music. Would go once more to see if I like it or not

Tried the kebab slider and Peshawari kebabs. Food was tasty and presentation was great. Enjoyed the mocktails and some cocktails which were their signature. For main course we tried the lamb chop which was delicious. A must visit place for some good music and good time.

Mr Vinod Jethalal gave an amazing service. Best chilli potato ever had.

Molecule Bar is great ambiance place to feel out good music lounge, and the staff is very polite and well services given by the staff,
I will considering the worker of the Bar a man named Harish is well dressed up with his dress and his behaviour was so good.

Amezing Place to enjoy with friends & family. Excellent Hospitality , Enjoyed throughout the evening. Liked the vibe too extended by russian dance performance. 👍👍👍👍👍
