I have been staying here from last 3 years but this time nothing is working. Please improve service in place of making excuses. Phome not working, toilets are yukk.. taps are just like that ..mal functioning also.... Dirt all around in room. The place it is situated is one of best location with view of jallian wala bagh but no maintenance. If you give importance to small small service your business will grow simultaneously. Please keep all these things in mind ... Its all your choice if u want to b decent best rates hotel or just timepass hotel......
