Treebo Trend Hotel PVRX - Hotel in Amritsar

Nice one in Amritsar

My experience at this place was very bad. I have stayed at quiet a few Treebo properties previously, but here there were a number of flaws especially the receptionist was very rude. Please find below my detailed review-
1. As per Treebo standards, the amenities provided were zero. No kettle, no fridge, no hygiene accessories.
2. The receptionist was not aware about the booking details. She constantly asked us to check our e-mail and tell the amount paid and the number of days for the stay.
3. We had booked two rooms. The room that I was allotted, had had no keys. Upon asking they said they shall provide a key the next morning. The next morning again upon asking, they said the key cannot be made and were offering another room. Now admist out itinerary how could we swap rooms? The receptionist also stated that there are cameras around so the luggage will be safe. But that wasn't the point.
4. The bookings we made clearly stated that breakfast was included. In all the Treebo properties we have stayed at, there has been a buffet. Here we had to order room service and at the check out we were billed for the breakfast. Upon pointing this out and showing the e-mail which clearly stated the breakfast was included; the receptionist argued and was very rude. She told us not to ever do the bookings with Treebo, we should contact the customer care and that we were being irrational.
5. As per Treebo standards, 1 water bottle is provided for each room. We were billed for this as well.
6. As per Treebo standards the rooms are serviced everyday. But in this case this did not happen.
7. The receptionist had the audacity to tell me that a lot of customers contact the customer care service in case of such issues; to which I replied that if there are so many complaints the issue is at their end.
8. She was not ready to even check the e-mails. She clearly stated that they haven't received any emails.
