Our 25th anniversary function was planned here and we got a realtime experience with great hospitality by Manager Mr. Vishal...Awsome food, Perfect arrangements, Classic decor... Our guests were happy and satisfied and everybody who attended the function still call us for praises.

I have stayed from 03/01/2024 to 06/01/24. Rooms are spacious, services exellents. I would like to visit with my family again.

The Bar on the ground floor is a quiet bar where u can have a drink comfortably over a conversation , as there is no loud music in the background as is there in many places in amritsar, so that way I really love this place and like to have a quiet drink with my friends

Fantastic Hotel, Conveniently Located, Ample Parking Space, Well Maintained Gymnasium is a Delight, Amazing Food and Vibrant Dining Hall, Big and Well Appointed Rooms with All Amenities Available and Functional, Mirror like Clean Bathrooms, Breakfast & Dinner Buffet were Huge and Sumptuous with Great Taste. Bar is also available though I didn't used the Service. Market is just a step away with all major Brand Showrooms and numerous Restaurants nearby. Staff is Very Friendly, Polite, Well-Trained and Always wear a smile on their Face with a Helping Attitude. Great care taken for my Kids in terms of Food and other Activities for which all the Staff deserves Special Accolades. Special thanks to Mr.Goldi Dhiman and his team of Mr.Gurjit, Mr.Rishabh, Ms.Meenakshi, Ms.Simran and to everyone who is a part of this Wonderful Hotel for making my Trip a Memorable one with Best of the Services Offered and their Knowledge of Surroundings. I am able to make best out of my time Because of their Great Help. Whoever Wish to Visit Amritsar Must Stay in The Comfort Inn Alstonia and I Promise that it will not let you down in any Aspect. Hotel exceeded all my expectations in terms of Comfort and Services.

Rooms were excellent as per my judgement , but I was there for my IELTS speaking test , but one thing is that the guards should be little educated as they sometimes talk to the costumer with aggressiveness. Which is not a good thing. But overall everything was excellent. The reception was very good and was at the right place.

We stayed there for 3 nights starting from 23rd August 2019. I booked the hotel solely on the basis of reviews that I got online and I must say my decision was correct for staying at Comfort Inn Alstonia Amritsar. Mine was a very late check-in request (11:30pm) which was accepted whole heartedly by the staff. We were attended by Mr Gurjit at the reception desk and I must say he is one of the most humble guy I met in Amritsar. He attended to all our concerns and queries very very nicely and gave us the best possible unbiased advices and options available in a very friendly way. Also would like to mention a staff with Mr Gurjit I don't remember his name. He also guided us and attended us in a very nice n humble way. Infact all the staff, reception desk, the gate durbans all were very polite and courteous and always carried a smile on their faces. It gave our stay a personal touch making our stay wonderful.
Rooms are good enough for 2 people with enough space to accomodate a third person if required. Rooms are neat and clean, linen absolutely clean. Washroom pretty well maintained. Locker available in the room provides safety to our documents and valuables. Coming on to food..buffet was wonderful with the menu changing daily with options of juices, lassi both sweet and salty, butterscotch and strawberry milk too. Staff at the restaurant were very warm and attended all our requests whole heartedly. Best part being 24 hours room service and in room dining availability makes it a hotel far better than others.
Cons: ventilation in washrooms should be worked on, fans in the room do make some noise, ac cooling isn't great in the day time. Rest all fab! Special thanks to Mr Gurjit for making our Amritsar itinerary and guiding us all the time.
Definitely recommended to others and i am Staying with you guys again in my next visit to Amritsar.

Beautiful and big hotel. Service is great. Rooms are spacious and nice. Food is delicious with lots of variety. Gym is available as well as banquet halls. Room cleanliness is good. Its very near to market area. You can walk and get into malls nearby. Great and peaceful location. Airport is also not so far. Must visit.

Good view inside the hotel. I had the summer pack so I got 4 lemonates free which were good. The staff was very pleasant and everything was maintained very nicely.and peacefully. I appreciate the cook for the food and the yummy omelet which was included in the breakfast. Good hotel

Good comfortable rooms, its better and cheaper to book via online sites the rates for walk in customers is much higher. The food is acceptable but again is on the expensive side.
Over all ambience and amenities are acceptable, the spring mattresses need replacement.
