Kava Grill & Lounge - Fairfield by Marriott Amritsar

This restaurant in the hotel left me utterly impressed. The staff here is exceptionally well-trained, and their humility and down-to-earth nature are truly remarkable and rare to find. The level of service was beyond expectations, with impeccable manners and genuine warmth. What sets them apart is their genuine concern for guests' well-being. They graciously accommodated requests for special dietary needs due to medical conditions. The 'Namaste' and treatment as though we were welcomed home guests made the dining experience truly exceptional. It's not about money here; it's about genuine hospitality.

Ordered Seekh Kebab and Chicken Zafran Biriyani and it was up to the mark.

Spice level was perfect and kudos to chef.

Shivam was very helpful, in general everything was perfect.

The entire kitchen team is very well behaved and know how to treat customers.

We stayed at Fairfield marriott for 3 nights and we had our 3 meals from Kava Grill and Lounge ,I should say this - The food is delicious and the impeccable customer service was icing on the cake. Ms Manorama, Ms Diksha and Mr Gaurab was super smart and brilliant in their service. Cheers to the entire team and for giving us a wonderful experience.

Great staff, great food. I visited with my family and we really enjoy our stay at marriott. The staff is very good and helpful. Mr Sekhon and Mr yash looked after us very well. We will remember their hospitality. Looking forward to visit again.

This is the best restaurent and lounge of amritsar. Food is amazing and delicious. I haven't eat anywhere the same taste. Restaurent and lounge both are very neat and clean. Service is very good. Washrooms are very clean and hygenic. If you are visiting amritsar, you must visit here.

Very nice restaurant for a family lunch or dinner. Great service and equally good food. A special note of appreciation for the restaurant staff member - Pankaj, who went an extra mile to take care of our dinner preferences. His service was truly exemplary.

Stayed here for 2 days and this place is amazing Espe the buffet. Pradeep served us and he is a very nice person and recommended to try their special kulcha and the kulcha was amazing so was the ambience of this place 😍😍
