MTDC Aurangabad Resort

Superb budget hotel. Rooms are big, descent, situated in a very big lush green area , but only 5 minutes walking distance from Aurangabad station. Calm and quite place. Good ambience, very good service, staffs are well behaved. Restaurant serve tasty delicious food. Deserving 5 star rating.

The stay was very close to the station, very nice campus & a cafeteria. Even the rooms were big and staff was polite. All the basic facilities were covered Nicely.

Great experience again with MTDC hotels.

I have visited it recently with my family. We took a standard non AC room as the temperature of the city is near to 27 Deg.
It's on the main road with a good location to hang out nearby by walking.

The hotel staff is very friendly, and ready to help out anytime you call them.

Paking and space is not here as usual it's MTDC.

The room was specious with table chairs and an extra bed also.
A small garden is there to get a claim.

The only issue is it's 28km far from Ellora caves and 12 km from Devgiri forrt.

Large rooms, polite and helpful staff. Very near to railway station and near by market.
Although in the heart of the city but inside the campus its very quiet and peaceful.

Managed by women very nice experience

Folks, this is now an all Women staffed and led Resort. The first in India, a part of the Gender Inclusivity in Tourism initiative of MTDC. The Resort is now doing very well. It used to be called Holiday Camp once upon a time.

Much recommend. Near Railway station, spacious place with spacious rooms. Service and staff behavior was good. Food was tasty and staff were there to do best for you. It is run by Govt of Maharashtra. It has a park to sit and play.

It's a catch 22 hotel, they don't hv bulk of the food in their menu coz not enough customers and i wudnt go back thr coz they don't have enough food items. Tho basics are available, non veg and veg items also, Puri sabji is really good, chicken butter masala too

A well located hotel, near the railway station, good food, however service is a little slower than expected, tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar, milk are not provided in rooms, which is a problem, Room service is usually discouraged, the lift went out of order and was not repaired in the last 4 days of our stay. Complimentary breakfast consists of either poha or upma, no other choice. However order can be made for any other item in the menu.

Nice hotel we stay in suit rooms, rooms are very big but service is very poor, in breakfast thay provide only 1 dish n tea like poha and tea. If u want to eat anything u hv to pay. Location is nice, u can not order in room .

Rooms are good but food is worst

Very good location near the railway station. Reasonable price with online booking. It is a very big area and the room and wash room are spacious. Thanks to MTDC.

Don't think twice, definitely recommended. Want to visit there again.

MTDC Resort located just opposite Aurangabad Railway station...prime location and hug premises. rooms are clean and service is good...but due to covid there is only 1 n 2 guest visited in a day...room charges very low must visit and stay in MTDC Resort which government operated ..

Good place for family stay...I opted for basic room... has place for parking.. restaurant is expensive ...service is average but we were only spending nights at resort anyway..there are good restaurants nearby...so go ahead and book it without much expectation..

Nice n spacious property and cooperative staff but ask for multiple rooms to show before finalizing one.
No restaurant, no boarding arrangements, no pantry even for breakfast /snacking but ample of restaurants in vicinity for wider choice of food.
