Doctors like Panchami madam are a rare find...She is so kind,caring, professional, skilled...I had done my RCT in Hatigaon...After the procedure i started having severe , horrible pain... I could not sleep..The pain had become 10times stronger than before.. I got fever, swelling..The dr treating me told me it's normal and will come down...after taking painkiller injection for 5days for 3times with no sign of relief I went to Smile 32...My colleague referred me to see Dr Panchami once...After checking she told me that there was some problem with the RCT..Some hole was made by that doctor so there was bleeding and pain...She told me she will repair but will take time...I started the treatment under her..She completed the RCT and sealed the hole made my previous dentist with a costly material..she gave me bill of the product purchased.. Finally i could bite from my RCT tooth and all my discomfort went away ..So happy I chose her.. She is the best ..thank you so much ma'am... Really thankful
Coming to the Clinic hygiene..It's so clean ... Everything is looked into so properly...The materials used are best quality.. telling you from my previous bad experience. Panchami ma'am used 3 different dressing to treat my infection..Every appointment she used 4 medicine solutions to clean around 3-4times with ultrasonic..
Come to price -yes it's around Rs 800-1000 more compared to other clinics..but worth every rupees..No cheating here...All good and perfect finishing.. For crown also she is a perfectionist..First time during trial of my crown fitting ,she said she did not like the fit..I felt it perfect but she said she won't fix since it wasn't 100% good fitting according to her..She asked the lab to make the crown again..Second time she checked the fitting and then only she fixed it..So sincere and honest with her work.
Will recommend everyone to come here..Best Clinic and best doctor..

I am reviewing on behalf of my mother...My mother had several broken teeth with severe infection, swelling, fever. Previous experience was horrible since anaesthesia didn't work after 4-5attempts.. Panchami ma'am used some special anaesthesia which worked first time itself..Mom had such a comfortable experience..To combat infection post tooth removal she put some special sponge to promote healing and gave self absorbing suture..Recalled after 1week for check up..I will refer her to all my known people .. Excellent service 10/10

I had visited Smile 32 few days back where Dr surajeet adviced me to do X-ray and told that my wisdom tooth was sitting inside my nerve…it was really bad shape and needed surgical removal. Dr Madhurjya Sir( Specialist surgeon sir) and Dr surajeet sir finally removed my sleeping wisdom tooth… they put some bone graft and sponges to stop bleeding… I was taken such good care and called for subsequent check ups… Really really impressed with this clinic and the amazing, skilled Drs… best part is the cleanliness and hygiene.. thankyou so much for everything.. I have 3 root canals to be done.. can’t wait to visit once I am in Guwahati.. A big to the entire team of Smile 32.. keep up the excellent quality service.. Anybody who dental issues can blindly trust them…They are really caring..

Dr. Panchami has been my dentist since the past 5 years. She is the reason I no longer fear an appointment to the dentist. She explains it all beforehand and you can comprehend it as she does it in the layman language. The ambience of the clinic is very professional, yet, after your 1st visit you will start to have a very comfortable feeling towards the clinic and staff. The service is very affordable and Dr. Panchami never cuts down on quality. She maintains a healthy professional attitude which helps the patients (introverts and people with needle phobia, ME) to get into an ease mode. I loved that she keeps engagement with her patients for the after care as well. My entire family Circle calls on her for emergency as well as regular checkups. Apart from its excellent treatment, the friendly environment inside the clinic is also one of the admirable things of Smile 32.. I was having severe pain because of my wisdom teeth so I visited her and I felt so comfortable right from the start and I wish I'd known about her sooner. The Clinic is right next to Streetza and very easy to find. The dentist answered all of my doubts. I couldn't undergo any treatment as I wont be here but if I was I'd have definitely trusted her because she knows what she's doing and she's very confident in it.

Doctor Panchami was polite and provided information in detail for all of my queries. She did my scaling and I'd highly recommend the clinic due to transperancy and care provided. Apart from that punctuality, which is rare amongst most doctors in India, was impressive at the clinic.

Obsessed with cleanliness the doctor is! It's the one place I trust during the pandemic - coz I know there's no chance of me catching the virus here. Clean (PPE kits and constant cleaning), professional, and understanding. Most importantly, hurts WAY LESS (and I have been to too many dentists!)
