I have given my cloths for wash and iron but due to some negligence of the staff who is working there I have lost my few clothes when they delivered that packet.
When I spoken with Mr. Amit(Owner of the laundry shop) he investigate with their staff and find the guilty of the staff.
He personally visited the central Mall and compensate by giving same brand of the cloth.
This shows their ethical practices toward the society as well as customers.
