I have never been to Gym. This is the first time and the trainers clearly explain how to use each equipment and guide us. There are manual exercises also. This is good for ladies especially. They have lady trainer too.

It very good experience to work with this gym ,I got some set new good friends,its not some type of typical gym, goal here is more about healthy mind with healthy body with some excersizes ,aerobics and gyming remembers school game class session and weekly PT

The best part is that coach takes a lot of personal care for everyone. Unlike a routine gym here there is also emphasis on cardio, aerobics etc for targeting weight loss. Coach is very experienced. Gym has all the modern equipment.

It is a family more than a gym, you can gain good health in a healthy atmosphere, the way shakeel sir followups was amazing, last but not least the fellow gym members the relationship among us was unforgettable. It's being one year leaving the gym I missed aerobics, yoga, shakeel sir and all gym members
