Wonderful staff. Most helpful and courteous. Excellent service.Rooms very nicely cleaned daily. Though basic amenities provided but promptly. All staff including Manager Chandanji with smiling face and Good integrity.Permitted us to perform Tulsi vivah in the room and do bhajans too.

My wife and I booked Madhav Muskan Residency hotel for two nights and we ended up staying for over two weeks. We were in Mathura to visit sacred sites (e.g. Krishna’s Birthplace Shri Krishna Janmasthan (Janmabhoomi) temple, Vishram Ghat, Yamuna etc.). We had never been to Mathura before, and had no connections there, so we randomly booked this hotel online hoping it would work out for us. Well, we were blown away. We had five-star service our entire stay.

Yogesh, Chandan, and staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable—also, that we had everything we needed. The food was Satvic, tasty, and divine, (and available all day until 10pm). Our order came to our room steaming-hot, every time, within fifteen minutes of calling the front desk. The kitchen also customized our meals for us, making them without onion, garlic, or mushrooms.

Here are some other things we loved about this hotel:

* Ice-cold A/C kept us cool in 42C May temperatures outside.
* Consistent hot water every time we showered (first place in India we’ve experienced this).
* Front desk staff spoke very nice English, which made it easy to communicate our needs.
* Holi Gate (shopping & restaurants) are only about an eight-minute toto (rickshaw) ride from the hotel.
* Yamuna is very close, only about a five-minute toto ride.

When we left, four of the staff members carried all our luggage out to our taxi and loaded it for us. It felt like we were saying goodbye to family, rather then leaving a hotel. This is our hotel of choice, on a budget, in Mathura. We’ll certainly be back.

If ur are travelling with ur family and wanna njoy ur stay, this hotel is very good option.
Mr.Shyam Chaturvedi the owner of Hotel is a very good person as well as a very good guide to plan ur entire trip. He guided us for the entire trip regarding places to visit and all.
Coming to stay...our stay was very comfortable the rooms were neat and clean all our requirements were made available
The loaction of hotel is good u can have access to rickshaw , battery rickshaw and all easily..
On request car is also made available at very reasonable price ..
In all very good option at quite reasonable price ....
Food is also good and delicious we tried Punjabi food ....also on demand Khichdi and kadhi was made available which was delicious..

I've been there for a family function organized by my friend. Arrangements we're good. Staff members were so cooperative and helping in nature.
Location of the place is also fine. For a medium gathering of 50-70 people, this place is good.
I don't know much about the hotel part like it's room, restaurant, etc. My review is based on the banquet hall.

Polite and helpful staff. Good rooms . Heater provided adding to the comfort. Tasty food. Enjoyed stay in this hotel.

The hotel is big and equipped all the all luxury which is a must to stay and required for business as well as family Traveller. The rooms are super clean and staff are so so so caring,the front office team in specific doesn't need any reminder if you have any special requests.kudos!! The floor of the hotels are so neatly maintained and upkeep done by team housekeeping is tremendous. The breakfast service indeed is overwhelming. The Restaurant is equipped with all the modern equipments Overall my experience from Check-in too checkout was flawless.

Wonderful place! The staff is very helpful and co-operative. The premises are very clean and hygienic.The food is delicious as well. Most importantly, even during this pandemic, the management of the hotel has taken excellent steps to ensure the safety of the guests and the staff!

The staff is wonderful, super friendly and supportive. Since my reserved room wasn't available, they upgraded it without any hesitation.

They also guided me to the corrective path for my further travel.

We spent good time at the Madhav Muskan Residency. One on arrival and one the night before heading home. The hotel is close to the main market holi gate and you can get a transfer booked directly with the hotel, this was great. There is also a shopping mall right next to the hotel. We had a double room and it was spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The reason I did give it excellent is that check-out on both occasions took very fast hassle free The Restaurant was lovely. The service was friendly and quick. The food was delicious, we opted to order from the menu instead of the buffet. The hotel was a bit noisy earlier in the evening due to rush but have to say that after around 22:00 it was very quiet and we slept very well. WIFI was very good. Will def stay here again

A beautiful new property, well maintained and retaining charm and elegance of bygone days. An oasis in the insanity of Mathura and its and traffic, the hotel provides well sized rooms with new furniture. Everything worked and the bed was very comfortable. It has two excellent restaurants. One oriental and one Indian. The curries were fantastic and almost the best we encountered anywhere. A proper Gujarati food was bonus. You have got to try the Poori bhaji at breakfast ! A charming hotel and the perfect start to our tour.But it provide only vegetarian food.Bar is not present these are some cons but vegetarian food is also remarkable.Location wise its located in the main city area with yamuna view in front

Excellent hotel. Located at the right distance from the major tourist destinations as well as the railway station. The first hotel when you enter the city from Yamuna Expressway.

The food at the hotel leaves pleasant memories to relish. Courteous staff, comfortable rooms.

And, all of this, within a budget range.

I would say that best hotel in Mathura-Vrindavan area. Anybody who's having over cleanliness issues and looking for moderate booking charges, it's your place. Very good food, awesome interior decoration, luxury type rooms, excellent room service and above all very cordial,helpful behavior of hotel authorities. You would get kind of 5star feeling within your budget.

We had complimentary transfers where we were greeted by two very friendly gentleman at the Railway Station who took us to the hotel. The room was extremely nice and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi was great! One Drawback is in hotel is that they serve only vegetarian food We ordered room service every night and there was a wide range of Indian dishes from Gujarati Thaali and Rajasthani Thaali to South Indian Idli Dosa with variety and Uttapam. Which was all amazing! Highly recommend the butter naans with daal Makhani We booked our trip to the Taj Mahal for sunrise and site seeing around Mathura with Madhav Muskan Residency. It was stress free and they even put breakfast on for us at 3am before we left for the Taj. We had two extremely good tour guides that explained everything and did not pressure us into doing anything we did not want to do. All staff were really friendly and we felt very safe. Very nice and highly maintained clean property near to the temple.. staff is also very helpful and kind ( Suresh, yogesh, Sunil ). Food quality is also good ...we had Aalu parathas and Puri bhaji for breakfast. Overall best place to stay in Mathura.

A Good luxurious hotel at reasonable price, Good amenities,coffee maker inside the room,neat and clean bedsheets,Big glass window from where we can enjoy view of Mathura,Bathroom is well build.Hotel only con is that full hotel is vegetarian a person who prefer non veg food will have problem.They even make our breakfast complimentary as there some Shaadi function going on in their Dinning hall.Service was frequent,lift was present so good for elderly people.Located in the middle of city. Food was good their Gujarati thaali was best in which Rs200 their was unlimited amount of food guest can get.Will visit here again
