I have joined the GYM from Past 7 months And it's great experience for doing the excercise here. All GYM Members and "coach" Spacialy are very good in behaviour and they're very helpful for supporting. You all should join this gym for good health and to build muscles.Thanks

I hv been a learner here from past 9months..apart from losing weight here i hv learnt to motivate myself each morning..gurmeet sir has a good knowledge about diet and he blends it well with weight training he gives...he leaves no stone unturned to motivate and guide us..I personally recommend this gym to fitness lovers..#dr charu vig#
