I recently visited and im very happy to get an excellent service fast process and friendly and helpful staaf

I have visited for renewal, in the front and back end staff worked like a bullet train service. There is no waiting at any point, even full crowd with people. Very good and excellent service. Thank you all.

Super fast process, the whole process completed in less than 30 mins. The staff are wonderful and co-operative.

Here the office is very strict to allow the persons who takes the slot and they allows only 15mins or 30mins before...they didn't allow before 1hour or 2 hours at slot time

Good experience. They are all helping and answering well. I applied for fresh passport. Report there on given time.
First they will check originals and collect xerox on entry and ask you to wait in waiting room at A counter. Then they will give you your xerox, application form along with token number on it while waiting there.
Then you will be going on to A counter where they will check all your details, scan originals, take your biometrics- photo and fingerprints. (Aadhar PVC card Xerox is accepted. They won't accept e-aadhar with sign not verified even for Xerox). We can take Xerox inside itself.
Then they will check all details, originals and Xerox once again at B and C counters and the procedure is complete. Police verification is initiated after that. We will get acknowledgement receipt online.

The enquiry section in the passport office is doing their absolute best. I saw enquiry desk people answering to all the questions patiently and not judging anyone if they ask repeated questions.

Up on entry every thing is good. Only problem is for photo copies they are asking exact change like2rs. Not accepting phone pay or swiping in this digital world. Passport officer /inchage should look in to matter for the sake of public.out side some waiting hall like room with 100 seating capasity should be made available as longue on even payment basis hourly and car parking. Are essential.

A Shamiana tent can be arranged outside for people who come early before their appointment time from far places. Apart from this every thing is good. Good staff with patience.

The only thing is when you are in time you do not have to sit and wait, as soon as you come the process will take maximum 35min
I did not wait even 1 min for eventual counters

Honestly this is the only government office who treat us very well and the staff are very decent. Staff is really very very good and very helpful in manner. I applied for passport in Tatkaal mode. It doesn't take more time. I got an appointment at 2:15pm. I reached this this place by 2o'clocke. They verified my original documents and given my token at 2:30pm. I completed my process by 2:45pm. That's it. It doesn't consumed more time. Really thanks alot💞

This is the only Government office i have ever experienced the best customer service till now. Every one is very responsive and it took less than 30 mins for my process of reissue. Just imagine if every gov office works like this i would pay 30% taxes with a happy heart. Expecting such day soon in INDIA
