My genuine experience with Tata Motors & VBA:

I purchased Tata altroz from Vijayabharathi Automobiles in October, 2022. Since then, I am having a great relation with Vijayabharati automobiles. Their sales staff, service and bodyshop staff are so curteous. In fact, after I met with a major accident in July 2023 (my car toppled in highway), the service done by Vijayabharati bodyshop staff was phenomenal. I honestly didn't expect such level of commitment from a dealer / showroom. And they serviced my vehicle & handed to me just like a brand new one. They promptly remind customer regarding upcoming service, insurance renewals, vehicle satisfaction. Even after such major accident, If I am alive and writing this review, it's because of tata motors build quality. If I am able to drive the vehicle without any issues even after such major accident, it is because of vijaybharati's staff dedication, commitment and service
