Had given my scooty for repair. I would have loved to see they have courtesy to clean the vehicle after charging 12k. That wasnt to be. One of the mechanics came up asking for a tip. That was not expected. I had to visit them since they were closest to where I had the scooty parked..

The Service Centre is really awesome here... The Staffs are Friendly, Co-operative. They are always ready to help you with a Smile on their Face. My Vehicle was wrongly serviced by another Hero Service Centre they set it correct with a smile and in quick time...

They offer a lot of bikes. The portfolio is quite impressive. Staff's behaviour is also very polite & they tried hard to convince customer to buy bikes.

Range of variety for Hero two wheeler are available with a huge numbers even by colour choices of bike. It is located in prime location on BT Road near Sukhchar Girja / Sai Baba temple. Ample parking space in front of the showroom. Very systematic and attention of technician / staff are noticable. Good experience.
