This service center - we have been using for more than 10 years now. We service our two cars only here - nowhere else. Great knowledgeable service professionals. They remember the history of your vehicle and take appropriate preventive service activities. They will try to complete the job with perfection, even if it takes a slightly longer time than expected. In the automotive world, perfection in the job is more important than finishing it on some deadline. Having said that, they will not waste time unnecessarily. So, kudos to the Team. Recently my 10 year old Ritz car got serviced at this service center. Other than the normal servicing there were few minor repairs which included change of spare parts. Though there was a delay of couple of days in completing the repair work due unavailability of the spare parts ( They got it from another branch ), I am satisfied with the support from SA Mr. Akhil , service and repair works.
