As a Christian, my visit to Our Lady of Dolours Basilica Church was truly uplifting. The architecture and ambiance create a serene atmosphere conducive to worship. This is definitely a must-see place, even if you aren't into religion much. The architecture is splendid! A truly beautiful Basilica.

An extraordinarily peaceful church in the middle of a busy city, feel the presence of God, the wind flows from all directions feel someone says don't worry. Beautiful glorious ultar. Great experience always.

Lovely experience, as well as enter inside the church campus. Huge campus just 1.2KM distance from Thrissur main railway station. Need to followup PO Road(post office/ Bsnl Telephone exchange) road. Most probably 2nd OLd lady Basilica after Vallarpadam in Kochi/ Kerala state.

Very calm and peaceful atmosphere

Peaceful and calm environment in the middle of busy & noisy Thrissur town. Ambient parking and many exits make driving easy. Peak hours traffic is really challenging. Book stall offers many varieties of books, statutes, rosaries and much more. Friday 9:30am Novena devotion and followed by Holymass is very famous. Confession facility also available according to schedule.

Visited this church in Trissur. One of the basilica I Kerala. Similar to vailakanni. Peaceful place where you can pray for your needs.

Have been studying in St Thomas college for five years, was a regular visitor church to this church. like every one I have special attachment to this church Great architecture with paintings .Such a place that will give you eternal joy. Bible tower worth seeing. Can get nice curious nearby the church. Nearest to private bus Station. Can be accessed from high road thrissur.

One of the best options for prayer when you feel alone at home at day time for Christian there is a place for confession too... You can spend hours and hours in that calm Basilica church...
