Areas for improvement:
When dining at the hotel restaurant, the food expense is not included in the room invoice and must be paid separately at the restaurant. It would be greatly appreciated if we could streamline this process for added convenience.

Rooms are superb - modern, spacious and comfortable. Reasonable room tariff. Food at restaurant is good. It's far from temple, need own transport. Parking available

Hotel is situated in a very good place on the banks of the river hemavati . All the amenities are excellent including kids play zone and swimming pool. Well maintained and hygiene.Hotel staff are very friendly. Best hotel I've ever been to. Food was also very tasty.

But swimming time is 9.30 to9.30 . But we are staying there for night only.
So the timing may be changed.
No complementary breakfast
Is provided.
But they are running pure vegetarian restaurant.

A very comfortable stay near Dharmasthala. Spacious rooms, clean, easily accessible, beautiful views and an in house restaurant with yummy food. The rooms are totally worth the price and definitely recommend this place for families and friends.

Good hotel for stay and food near Dharmastala. 5 kms sway from Dharmastala with river view and has kids play area too

Had been there last summer. The room was impeccably clean and organized. It has amenities like any star rated hotel. The location of the hotel overlooking the river is very tranquil. Although located in a famous Hindu pilgrimage centre the
behavior of the hotel staff is very hospitable rather than commercial, very contrary to my expectations as per my experience in other places. The restaurant though always crowded serves awesome vegetarian food. Looking forward to visiting the place again. The pictures are from my room. Nice parking available .

Really good place to stay during Dharmashala temple visit. Located at beautiful place , best climate with good nature. Car parking available , no complimentary breakfast of course we may be no need food since we need to visit to temple with empty stomach. Overall stay was too good. We went about midnight/early morning 2 am only few hours(5hrs) we stayed . We didn't booked in advance, based on availability by spot enquiry we booked room. Staff response was too good at mid night or early morning. Hotel rooms price quite normal reasonable.

Amazing experience in this property. Superb experience. The rooms were very luxurious. The view from this hotel is mesmerizing. The location of the property is on the point but 4km from the temple.
