Hotel MBC Citadel Nashik ( Near Sula, Trimbakeshwar and MIDC Area )

Very Good hotel with clean rooms. Service is very good. Breakfast was also excellent which also includes staff response. Overall a very good hotel and a must stay in case if you are searching for a fantastic stay.

Excellent place, rooms,service. Location is near sula vineyards. Food was great too and reasonable pricing. In-house resto had a great ambiance as well. The place also has a banquet hall for small functions. Terrace view was amazing.

The hotel is really good, the rooms could have been bit bigger.

The restaurant staff specially Abhilash and Hiren are so humble, I can't explain.

They are down to earth and the way they greet and meet is next level. One of the best experiences happened because of them.

Hotel MBC Citadel is one of the best hotels in nashik. Good Hospitality. And Space for parking is good. Staff is cooperative. And food quality of the restaurant is top notch. A Very good Time spend at citadel.

The location is very good. Near the railway station and airport too. From the railway station it will take 30-35 min to reach and from the airport it will take 40 min to reach. There are no smoking rooms , so if you smoke you need to go outside of the hotel every time to smoke.The food was awesome. Especially the paneer which they have served. It's good for business travellers who are visiting for business purposes.

a decent and affordable hotel. It is worth the money paid with all the basic amenities provided in the room. 6 km away from city center but winery is hardly 15-20 mins drive.

Rooms are very clean, service is prompt. I enjoyed staying here. Everything was seamless. Vinayak contacted me to confirm my booking and he was great and he helped me solve all my queries. He is fantastic.

The only complaint is the service in the dining area and choice of food. It's good and there isn't anything terrible about the breakfast buffet but the food choices, the cleanliness of the chairs, the service of the serving staff needs fixing

The rooms were neat and clean, with well equipped amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. We had a fabulous stay. Proved to be more than our expectation in Nasik city.

Superb interior and food quality. Next time I visit this place with my girlfriend, it is romantic place on Trimbakeshwar road and very near to Sula...

Restaurant - Their staff is very cooperative.
We were celebrating my husbands birthday there and within short notice they arranged some flowers and decorated the table.
Really sweet of them.
Breakfast buffet had lots of options available. Staff actively serves hot omlette and toast if required.

Excellent hospitality experience in nashik. I have been coming here in nashik from long time I have tried many hotels but no one can match the service and food experience of MBC citadel.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights and it was great value for money...

The hotel has a commendable culture with the staff being exceptionally sensitive to the guests' interests. Had interaction with the kitchen's 'captain' Shri Pawar, who was very diligent; we had a small concern regarding a dish which he handled so maturely and satisfactorily that we were left impressed. The whole service staff in the restaurant (including Vinay, who served us dinner once) were remarkably polite and efficient... Finally Prateek at the front desk was both warm and professional and very hospitable. Would strongly recommend it...

A very nice hotel. Had been there for a lunch and dinner on my business trip. But it was really worth to take food here.

Very nice and tidy rooms. I've opted for deluxe ones and it's was very compact room. The staffs were very polite and supportive. There are much options in breakfast however whatever options was available it was nice.
