and rooms were clean and tidy.

when i reached at reception they denied my checkin because i made booking online .but after contacting customer support they provided check in because i made payment online.also i recorded all this trap into my gopro so as a proof and safety for my side.

They are not provid complimentery breakfast allthough it is includ while booking

My friend booked this hotel. The staff of this hotel was very much non cooperative. The person who was on the desk was very much arrogant and in absurd condition. The room was pretty good, but the washroom were not in good condition. Bathrooms have accesible opening from which the building in the front can have a sneak, no privacy.

worst service. room not availble inspite of booking one week before.staff nt cooperative. asking extra money for bigger rooms.they provide you the offers but they dont give it.Hotel nt good for family as faced many issues regarding bookings and made stand in front of the hotel for three hours saying us to call customer support, called many times still issue not resolved.

Worst hotel, very rude managers and receptionist. No intercom provided for room service. Used and dirty Bedsheet, pillow cover, blanket and towels were provided and after complaining about the same no action was taken.

In the restaurant section also Food was pathetic, staff served stale chapati, the cutlery was so dirty and contains yellow stains on them.

worst experience ever no hot water for bathing not even water from drinking no tv dirty room smelly room and what not, worst service. Staff was there iluntil i make payment then they disappear and didnt came back

I book a room online when I reached to this hotel the gate where close & the staff is inside off the hotel he told he that his having lunch I have to wait out side & then he came back after 5 min & told me that I have to cancel online booking & his asking 4 times more money from me ! Lol

Non cooperative staff and service.
And prices are bit towards higher side.
