Sagi Ramakrishnam Raju Engineering College Bhimavaram (or SRKREC) is a co-educational, independent and a private engineering college in Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh, India.
It was formed in the 1980s to provide a better quality technical education to students. The college is located on a 30 acres plot in Chinna-Amiram on the Bhimavaram - Juvvalapalem state highway, 2 miles from Bhimavaram town, that is well known as "Second Bardoli" and is famous for "Pancharamas" (Somaramam). It was founded in the year 1980 by donations from Sagi Rama Krishnam Raju.
The college has 6 departments which includes Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, and Electronics & Communication Engineering.

*PLACEMENTS :- Our college allotted 250 seats in each branch, and out of which 250 seats from civil are taken in EAMCET rank wise. In civil, the highest salary package offered is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are L&T, Infosys, Wipro and others. Around 60% of the students got internships.

*INFRASTRUCTURE :- Infrastructure is very good. The library is very peaceful. Facilities in the hostel are good, and the food quality is very good. The hostel fee is around Rs. 70,000-80,000. The ground is small, but students who have an interest in sports are given special coaching.

*FACULTY :- We have more than 70 PhD qualified lecturers, and they are knowledgeable. The teaching quality is high. The pass percentage is normal because exams are tough every time. The curriculum is very good on our campus, and it makes students industry-ready. The difficulty of exams is moderate, and the pass percentage is around 80-95%.

It is a very good college. It was established 40 years ago. The standards are very high. The faculty here are mostly have doctorates.
The facilities are also very good. Here we have cricket stadium,football court , basketball court, indoor badminton, volleyball court and etc., The highest package in this college is 44lpa whih was given by amazon. And also selected for internship by amazon which is almost 80k per month. In andhra pradesh the highest number of students placed from a single college is from this college.

The alumini of this college were in every part of the world and this place means a lot more than memoryes for them.

It was one of the oldest college in ap and best in Ranking it was equal to IIT & NIT and the faculty members are so helpful and they will teach from zero to hero level and the CSE dept will provide Excellent support to students for there Research.

I can say I am very much to be a student of this college. Having a beautiful atmosphere . Superb faculty and facilities to get studies a really good one. Lectures and profesers are very much helpful and cooperative. Good and best engineering college and this college having a good no. Of placements.fair looking library, canteen, grounds, departments, stores, labs., equipment, fests are the best part of this college.

I can say that in Andhra Pradesh srkr is the finest engineering academy and the reason why I have given five rating is due to the education standard currently I am in my first year b.tech in srkr college the experience I got was really great the interaction with the professors is great the support from the college is very high in every sector the college was in a positive side so it may be the better choice for anyone

The ambiance is quite good ,college premises is so clean that makes me to again and again.Today I met two staff members. Their reception and politeness pleased me in such a manner that I will cherish this experience forever. In toto,today's visit to SRKR is forever a happy moment for me.
