It is very devotional and worthy place in Bhimavaram. This Mavulllamma ammavaru is very powerful and famous god in East&West Godavari district.

Very very powerful temple...
I felt as if ma goddess is standing infront of me..how beautiful 😍 she is really with ornaments..clothes..precious stones...etc.
Special attraction in her eyes I felt.
I felt as if she is looking at me
..I didn't feel like to come out ...As soon as I saw goddess tears were rolling down on my face ..
Very very difficult to explain the grace and beauty of mavullamma..one must visit ma... Forcefully I came out...lucky are those who visited or will visit..

I enjoyed visiting this temple, each and every time it reminds old memories and makes new members.
Definitely a must visit.
On normal days there will be no crowd, you can visit it and can come out in 10mins or so. But when it's January and Feb there will be a fest, you'll be there in the line at least for 1hr to visit.
Puliyogare(10/-) and the Besan Ladoo(15/-) prasadam are must try

Bhimavaram Mavulamma is one of the famous temples to visit and embrace. The place is serene and temple management is good. Don't miss pancha harathi that lit the surrounding glow.

Two eyes will not be sufficient to watch Sri Mavullamma Devatha. She is around 20 feet in height and one feels blessed having her dharshan. Laddu Prasadam here is special and one loves to have one more laddu after having one. The temple is neatly maintained and is just 1.5 km away from Bhimavaram Town railway station.

As per the history, this temple is as old as 1000 years and from the ages of Tretayuga. Here lord Shiva is called as Saktheeswara Swamy who is renowned to cure Chronic diseases.

So pleasant to see the goddess.
I went there in time of jathara, they we so many stalls, I enjoyed alot..

It is one of the famous tourist place in Bhimavaram. This goddess is very powerful and big idol look like a charming, prasadam ladu is so tasty, at the time of annual celebration 1 month will be conducted at the last day all prasadam items should be place at one place , in that time lighting and road side shipping is must visit . Bhimavaram town railway station is nearer to the temple bus route is also available autos . Temple should be visiting place,today is last day of annual celebrations.
