There is a series of temples in parallel to Godavari and Kapila sangam and this is one of them.

It's religious significance is that this is the place where Laxman cut the nose of Shupranakha.

The decorated the whole place with beautiful paintings on the wall which shows our incredible history.

There are two temples here and the place where Sita Devi was taking bath is the river and it is also called the confluence of three rivers and the place of confluence of Tridev🙏

It is said to be the place where Lord Laxman meditated it is very near to the 'parnkuti' and Godavari river clicking pictures inside the temple is not allowed. The picture posted here is of the tree under which lord Laxman meditated

This is the only temple of Laxman in India and world. This is the place where Laxman used to meditate. He also chopped off the nose of Srupanekha, sister of Ravana, in this place. The banyan tree under which he used to meditate is also present here.

Laxman temple is of the unique temple of Laxman ji in Nashik.....the historical reference to this temple is corelated to sharupnakha's nose is cut down here....Laxman ji Sheshnaag avtaar is seen over here.....also Godavari river is flow near by the temple.....and temple is hardly located 10kms from Nashik road station
