Very good and polite staff. Thank you for maintaining the token system and timing. They are giving proper guidance in case of any query we have. Ground floor staff and 1st floor staff are very polite and helpful.

Note: Don't forget to carry all Original proof while visiting

Staff is good and supportive. My reporting time was 3.15PM. But I was allowed inside around 3PM. Process time was taken max 90minutes.

For Renewal: Old passport, SSC Certificate and Aadhaar Originals with 1copy of Xerox.

Before going to apply my passports I afraid by looking the reviews.But really best staff.they did their jobs quickly and respectfully. So cooperative thankful to each and everyone.

I booked tatkal on 29-09-2022 and I seen so many bad reviews on here and that completely past maybe but now they doing very good service and My document verification completed within 30min.

I don't know about other reviews i have gone to this center today it took around 2hrs but the staff are not that bad, they are good and friendly and my passport was also granted.

BETTER TO OPT THIS PLACE FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN EAST AND WEST GODAVARI....it takes approximately 45 min for complete process....3 counters will be there namely A, B, C....

A- VERIFICATION and UPLOADING your certificates etc..(A contains counters A1, A2, A3, A4)

B- CONFIRMATION (B contains B1 and B2)

C- GRANTING COUNTER (only one counter)

Your token number will be displayed on the screen...

Check your token number to which counter you are alloted and go there...

Step A takes more time...

Good ambience, nice support and guidance for the applicats, easy to locate and office at good location to reach office very easily and continent.

Here there is no parking place for applicants and Day to Day no.of passport applicants are increases and services are not up to the mark. There is no waiting hall for outers and during rainy season it is worst experince to applicants.

As from my experience regarding this passport office i am not encountered a single issue with them.Thankful to staff giving thier excellent services in pslk.

People in this office are very good and fast my experience is good not encounterd a single issue in this office.people whose application rejected giving negative reviews dont belive them.
