Boating point, coringa

Nice eco-tourism experience in seeing the mangroves ... walk over them on the wooden platform bridges. Carry drinking water in metal or hlass bottles only, use n throw plastic is not allowed inside the Coringa Sanctuary. Couple of shack restaurants are available inside the Sanctuary serving desi street food , cold beverages etc ... they charge a bit extra above MRP however... Only cash accepted in the boating tickets counter , due to low mobile signals UPI payment not accepted 😑 Small speed boat also available but Normal large boat is also OK ... they take you till the mouth of the river into Bay of Bengal. Extra charges for camera though nothing charhed extra for mobile photography and videography 😉 Hardly any animals can be seen in day time other than few monkeys and white herons or storks.

It’s a beautiful experience. Boating ends at 5pm so put this in the check list accordingly. Do not miss the experience if you are visiting the sanctuary. It’s not just about the boating but also bird’s flying above and along boat-side. Great scenery. Peaceful and beautiful experience.

Boating is of 20 min max, charged 90 per head. Service was good. Facilities and sufficiently enough.

ONLY CASH PAYMENT. Good place for boating. They will take you to Bay of Bengal from tributary of Godavari. You can go in normal boat which can take upto 30 passengers, costs you 100 rupees per person. The speed boat costs you 200 rupees per head. Life jackets will be provided and it is compulsory to wear them. No UPI or on-line payments are allowed.

Pleasure to visit the place. One of the best must seen places is Coringa. Have enjoy a lot... But it is not for bachelors but for pairs.

Has Absolutely wonderful experience when visited this place. Never been to a mangrove forest so it was great experience. Kids enjoyed a lot. Government can make it more visitor friendly place.
