The chief doctor Anup Velaga has been so interactive and accommodative during the first and even in review appointments too. His explanation on the problem and its solution is very appreciable.

Though the hospital had good reputation in its ambience, it's difficult for city people to locate as having no sign boards at the entrance of the road. If that'd be settled, it surely be one of the best.

Good service and treatment ... especially Anup sir consultantation is excellent...way of explaining to the patients...is v.good....i always refer every sick patiant vin west godavari ..plz go take exllent treatment in eluru Ramesh hospital......

Hospital is crowded, seating is not sufficient & staff behavior is also not that good. But I am giving 5 star rating only because of the Dr. Krishna mohan. Despite being a senior super-specialist doctor he listens to all the patient problems, carefully examines all reports, explains the condition, and also prescribes tests & medicines according to the patient's convenience. Doctor has good expertise as well as good polite attitude.

But hospital is not well organized. At first you need to visit Duty doctor (junior doctor) and his room is very busy, they bring multiple patients at a time into the duty doctor room. Duty doctor himself has very little listening skills - he is in writing mode. Nurses continuously rush in & out of the room. Even Dr. Krishna Mohan's room is also very small & very noisy with continuous door openings/closings by nurses.

I hope they shift to a better and spacious building or at the least organize in a better way. Otherwise, it is not suitable to a good brand like ramesh hospitals.
