I usually do workout at this gym which is large spacious and very clean. This gym has a wide range of equipment’s along with the good trainers and instructors to help if you ever get stuck. This gym is seriously an underrated asset in Mayur Vihar Phase 3 as this is much cheaper than other gyms. It has almost all of the things that a traditional gym has but typically at lower prices and without that pesky contract. Overall it’s totally worth it and I would highly recommend joining this gym.

One of the great places to workout, especially for girls. The trainers and the gym equipments are very good.

It's really good, it has all the necessary equipments and trainers do give necessary input that would help you to train or loose in an efficient manner. Help is provided regarding both exercise and diet. And it's value for money cause its almost a bargain in terms of fees. It's unisex and has space for both cardio and weight training.
