Today i visited Felix hospital with my friend.My friend consulted ENT Dr.kunwar ji but i had to pay at the reception staff,bcs of being in a rush,i forgot to take Rs 420 from the staff.Thn the girlstaff called me with my friend's neme at the reception & gave me 420rs bal, İ appreciated this thing. İ don't know name of the staff but her face was square and short height, my friend told me this there is new staff. The service is good and the new staff was very honest and polite.Other staff should also be like dis.
