I stay at udaan hotel. Thanks toMr. Joydeep Barman,good receiption.Here room and accessories is very nice.At night light decoration is very good, just calm and quite. It is silent place.Room service is good. Here breakfast is very good and maintained quality of food. All foods are very testy and good hospitality, homely atmosphere. I enjoy it in every moments. 👍🙏

This hotel is perfectly located at Sevoke Road. They are always at top of hospitality. Very educated and etiquetted staff specially Mr. Badsha, Mr Joydeep and Miss Indira. Food is awesome as always.. thanks to Chef Mr. Asit. Had a pleasant stay with family at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Food is very good, staff (Jaideep) is very cooperative. Neat and clean room, size of rooms are quite comfortable for family,l. I would like to come again here

The location is at the heart of silliguri close to cosmos and vega malls..the ambience is. Great and the food is jus great!!

the hotel is amazingly maintained.
Rooms and the common areas are very well cleaned.
The staff particularly is very polite and extremely well behaved.
I have to mention the names to these employees who were very humble and polite throughout our stay namely, Nimden Ji, Joydeep Ji, Jyotish Ji from restaurant and Yogesh Ji from housekeeping.

Thank you to the entire team at Udaan hotels for the amazing stay in Siliguri(Nilabja, Jotish, Srijan, Joydeep, Indra and others). We had a brief pitstop in the hotel on our electric car journey across India. Udaan hotels in Siliguri is located in a prime area as a gateway to the NorthEast and is also putting in great efforts towards sustainability via Vegetarianism and Glass Bottles as well. Great hospitality! We totally recommend staying here.

Really liked the service. The breakfast has vast variety of items, and there were enough people to serve us. Badsha, Jotish, Jacob, and Boss were always there to make our meal good.

Their food was very good . Less oil and minimal spice . Breakfast buffet was good too .

Very good hotel. Service part is too good. Morning breakfast rocking, Restaurent staff is too good specially Mr. Badshah & Mr. Jyotish and their co-operating staff. Every one is too keen to help you. I don’t know the name of all, but I would mention their names, if I know . Superb 👌.

This is purely veg hotel. Though am non veg lover but I really enjoyed the food (sambar was wow) and top note staff were so disciplined..Love to visit again..Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Good experience have been coming to this hotel for the last 4 years and always had this as my first choice. The breakfast is a good spread and the services of Badsha, sohudal and boss is good.

Room service is extremely slow and needs to improve.
