Samsung Service Center

I had bought s23 ultra 6 days ago and my charging cable that came with the phone suddenly stopped working. Then when I went to the service centre the stock was not available. Thankfully Mr. Rahul Ghosh was very helpful who went out of his way to hook me up with a cable. Very thankful and happy with the service.

I am extremely happy to see the help given by Rahul Ghosh here in service centre. He is very humble and knowledgeable. Wish him all the best to this very active gentleman.

So, I reached to the service center regarding my broken screen of Z Fold 2.

Being the Z Premier Customer, without waiting much, my case was handed over to Mr. Rahul Ghosh, Senior and Exclusive Z Premier executive, Samsung Service.

Believe me, I never met such a patient and calm excutive, who not only advised me what to do and what not to in that situation but also handled my case very professionally. And finally, with his help, my phone was ready just like new within 1 day.

The whole process took 3 days in total:
1st day, I discussed my problem and submitted the phone.
2nd Day, Phone was serviced and checked properly.
3rd Day, after thorough checkup, phone was handed over to me.

Kudos to Goodwill Enterprise for their service during this Lock down situation. Yes, being an old Samsung user I've visited several Samsung service centers, but in Siliguri, Goodwill Enterprise is the best. And obviously, Thank you Mr. Rahul for all the help. My phone is working like a charm.

I was very delighted with the owner who took my feedback seriously & took necessary action regarding that. Everybody should be given a 2nd chance. Very happy with the service provided.
