The Restraunt is inside the airport on first floor and is run by workers cooperative. The preparation of different items is very good. Service is fast n efficient. Every Airport should have such cooperatives.

Bagdogra airport is located on the foothills of Himalayan ranges that covers places such as Siliguri, Sikkim, Darjeeling and also the nearest Indian airport to Bhutan and Nepal. The frequency of flight have increased recently from major indian cities such as Bangalore, Kolkata, Delhi etc..Hence a very convenient and cost effective connection. The airport authorities are very strict in security and taking pictures are not allowed inside the airport. Having said that, the moment you land, the small yet quint place give you a nostalgic feeling specially if you get to try the Makaibari Darjeeling tea inside the airport restaurant which resembles the Kolkata coffee house..It's an experience in itself

If u want to smoke there is a place inside this restrurent and the place has nice menu to eat and fill your stomach
