Hotel Saffron Crest

Had a wonderful stay at Saffron. Best part is the location. You have all you need at nearby vicinity. Rooms were large and clean with good service. Food was also excellent. Only thing you should know is this hotel is Vegetarian and they don't serve non veg foods at their restaurants. Rest I have had no complains. It's excellent choice for the privet they charge.

The rooms price are very friendly,very good rooms but there is no non veg available in the hotel have to order from else where

The rooms were large and spacious, the food was amazing (the Cinnamon restaurant is a must go.) and is an amazing hotel. I wish I could of stayed for longer.

This has been my 5th stay at Hotel Saffron Crest as I have to frequent Siliguri and I cannot think any other alternatives at the given price and convenience. The staffs are very polite and pays attention to every detail and request to make sure the guest’s stay is seamless and memorable. Rooms are clean and well equipped, Bathroom is adequate sized and the parking is graciously sized to accommodate with security and outdoor located. All the amenities are provided and well take care. I highly recommend fellow travellers to stay at Saffron Crest.

Mind blowing hospitality, hotel, facilities. We stayed in June 2022, and it was the best decision. The hotel is spotless, five star facilities, helpful staff. Room is really spacious, we started in premium room. Pure vegetarian restaurant with lip smacking food. Variety of choice, and the breakfast buffet was really good. After 2+ weeks of travel, it was lovely to get hot dosas, and tasty food. Definitely recommended, and will stay again.

It’s very nice, wonderful place to stay, and the hotel staff is very well disciplined specially front office Mr.Nima & his team and housekeeping staff Mr. Anup Rai was very helpful and also the restaurant people few are very good. I have been staying many time in this hotel, but this time I was with my family and they really likes the hotel ambiance with all facilities. I thought not to write review but my family instead me to write anyhow. So I m very happy with all the hotels staff for making my family’s happy during the stay.

Very nice property at its price point.
Good standard of House keeping.
Equally bad Room service.
Except for the Reception, all other service desk's phones keeps ringing and seldom anybody receives your call for service.
Well stocked and neat toilet but not a single towel ring, towel rod or robe hooks to hang your clothes. Extremely flawed design.
Food not extraordinarily tasteful but OK.....not bad. One can manage for a night without complaining.

A very very very wonderful stay. Every single person working there were so welcoming!
Me being a proper non vegetarian, can easily say that i haven't eaten better veg food anywhere else. It was amazing.

Great place to spend the night after a long tiring journey, food is good, don’t forget to take the free breakfast with the room. Also a blessing for vegetarians.

We had a comfortable Stay at a Wedding. We are vegetarians and loved the food, catering, service and maintenance was top-notch. The location of the hotel is very convenient too.
