Orbit Hotel Bagdogra

Had a good experience here. The rooms were clean, service was quick, the food was deliciously homely, and the staff was very helpful.

Best place to stay with your family , staffs behavoiur is nice , location is nice just near the highway

Hotel is well maintained, Food was delicious, hardly 15 minutes distance from Bagdogra Airport,but 14-15km from NJP station.The best thing in the hotel is room service-Ram is the person who supported Guests delightfully and very respectively, Very very helpful.I really appreciate his efforts and hardwork.

We stayed for 2days in orbit the building looks pathetically old and rooms were not cleaned properly especially washroom also the drain faucet looked dirty ,rusted .

I had very awful experience on top of that lift is so small only the reception seems to be clean once you enter the room it looks old (walls,washroom drainage)horrible.We paid 5000 for 2days but it was not worth at all.Never going to recommend such hotel to anyone!!!!

Very nice and decent hotel. Ample of parking available. Entrance is but confusing in the beginning. The location is tricky to find. The staff is very helpful and good. Each and every staff member is very polite and well mannered. Please continue the same in future as well. This is the most important thing which can win hearts of people. Rooms are good and food is nice as well. The lift is really scary 😂. You all can relate to it once you experience it yourself.
Will definitely visit again.

Amazing place. Situated very close to the airport. The rooms are spacious and smartly arranged. Clean rooms . Bathroom is good. Beds are comfy. Restraunt menu is not elaborate. But foods are hygienic and have good taste. Mix of chinese and indian cuisine. Even if you have early morning flight they neatly pack your breakfast which is appreciated.

Located very near to Bagdogra Airport, we preferred this.
Due to sudden change in the plan, we could not prebook. On the way from Maneybhanjyang, we found out about this. Due to disturbed network could not make the Payment. But staff were quite cooperative and reserved the room. Neat room. With all the facilities.
We took packed paranthas for use in flight which they packed very professionally.
They even arranged Taxi for Airport

Stayed with family overnight at this property.Nice and clean with well appointed rooms.May not be 5 star quality but definitely worth the value.Food quality good, with exceptionally well behaved staff.Very polite, courteous and helpful at all times.Ram from housekeeping deserves special mention as his behaviour was simply outstanding.Great Value for Money.

Orbit is very good hotel, low rate, near airport, best service, good food, great ambiance would like to give more then five star, after hating Chumbi Residency in Gangtok where no one should go after spending more then 5000 and we got bad service.

Looks like the management changed. Was sceptical reading the negative comments, but found great service, food and rooms. They even washed my car.
