Lekin bina bilty ke saman nahi dete hai or na hi saman ko bhejwate hai local Raigarh me jaa ke lana padta hai.

First how come a transport company asks for unloading charge...what would you do keep the carriage loaded in your vehicle.
You can ask for charges if you help or service the loading in consignee's vehicle.
Second they dont have any staff to atleast pick and hand you over near by from the farthest corner of their warehouse. Had to lift almost 11 quintals by myself not to mention the additional "unloading charges" I paid.
